Meet Jared
Jared brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to his work, shaped by his own experience growing up with financial insecurity. That personal journey sparked a deep passion for helping others gain confidence in their financial decisions—decisions that can lead not only to personal freedom and security but also to lasting impact. Jared is especially inspired by the ripple effect of financial freedom: watching clients strengthen their families, serve their communities, and live generously. For him, that’s where the real reward lies. As someone new to the financial services industry, Jared is eager to learn and grow in his role as Operations Analyst while working toward his long-term goal of becoming a Wealth Advisor.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Business Management. Before joining the team, Jared balanced roles as a credit analyst in the agricultural sector and a charitable giving coordinator—an experience that reflects both his analytical strengths and his heart for serving others. Passionate about making a meaningful difference, Jared remains committed to serving others through both his new professional role and continuing his volunteer efforts.
Outside the office, life revolves around faith and family. Jared is a devoted husband to his wife (and now co-worker) Kayla and proud father to one son. Together, they love camping, going for walks, exploring new places, and staying active in their church community. He also enjoys sports, grilling, cooking, and any excuse to spend time outdoors—especially if it involves a good hunting trip.
