Meet Karen

Karen joined Bain Wealth Management in 1996 as a Financial Planner, after receiving her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University. Since then, Karen has excelled at any role she has taken on in the company and been a key player in the growth of the business with her husband, Mark.

Although, Karen stepped back from full time work while raising their two daughters, she always remained involved in steering the company through its many changes. Combining her experience and her business skill, Karen is now the Operations Manager in charge of Human Resources and Bookkeeping. Karen brings a high level of administrative and management skills, along with a dedication to clients and staff.

“Let all that you do, be done in love,” (1 Corinthians 16:14) is Karen’s motto for life and it is obvious in the caring and loving heart she has for clients and staff.

Family is Karen’s passion and she is busy with husband Mark and their two grown daughters, Kayla and Kimmie. But she also has a desire to serve others. Karen has been to the Czech Republic and Haiti on short-term mission trips, as well as helping Mark lead several groups to Mexico City.

She and Mark are now “empty-nesters” and enjoy walking/hiking, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
