Kayla Oliver

Wealth Advisor

Meet Kayla

Kayla Oliver is a Wealth Advisor based in Salem, Oregon.

A familiar face in the office, Kayla has been working off and on as part of the Bain Wealth Management team for years during her summer breaks from college. She joined the team full time in 2020 and quickly found her niche working with clients in an advisory role as an Associate Wealth Advisor. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in business management and a Series 65 securities registration.

Kayla is dedicated to reaching out to investors traditionally overlooked by other advisors – especially, women and younger professionals, whom she refers to as “NextGen”. Her objective is to establish a supportive framework for them to embrace control of their finances, build healthy habits and views toward their financial future, and enhance their comprehension at every step of their financial journey. She also offers a unique “financial foundations” consultation to help young professionals and families alike, to jumpstart a plan towards their financial freedom.

As major life transitions arise such as marriage, starting a family, career transitions, retirement opportunities, navigating an inheritance, and charitable giving goals, she aims to educate and empower clients, discussing financial matters in a manner that resonates with their current life circumstances.

An innovator at heart, Kayla brings a gift for streamlining processes and leveraging new technologies to better serve clients. She is eager to research new trends while keeping the values and long-term goals of her clients at the front of everything she does. Her enthusiasm brings an energy and excitement to the office. She is passionate about doing her very best for clients and her team members. Kayla has a calm, positive demeanor that puts clients at ease. Her ability to think outside the box and adapt to ever changing situations helps her to advocate for clients in today’s complicated markets.

Outside the office, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband, Jared, and they are both thrilled to be starting a family of their own with a precious baby boy. They are both active and love gardening, hiking, camping, and just about anything outdoors. Kayla and her husband enjoy any opportunity to travel and spent a fall semester studying abroad in Europe. Her faith is an important part of her life, and she has had the opportunity to travel on mission’s trips to Mexico, Guatemala, and Haiti.
